Terms and Conditions
By clicking “I Agree” or similar confirmation button, and/or by registering, accessing, or using the website operated by Daiv Bharathi Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or avail any services offered through it.
1. Nature of Services.
The Website functions solely as a digital facilitator between users and third-party religious service providers, including temples and authorized priests (purohits). Through the platform, users may (a) order puja materials customized to their religious or personal requirements, and (b) request the performance of specific religious ceremonies or rituals (pujas) at designated temples listed on the website. All such rituals are performed by qualified priests affiliated with or authorized by the respective temples, in accordance with traditional practices.
It is expressly clarified that Daiv Bharathi Technologies neither conducts nor directly participates in the performance of any religious rituals or ceremonies. Our role is limited to enabling a seamless digital interface for users to place orders, schedule services, and make payments. The actual performance of the puja, the method, timing, and associated religious customs are solely within the control and discretion of the respective temple authorities and performing priests.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome.
The performance of a puja is a religious and spiritual service based on belief and faith. The outcomes of such services are beyond human control and subject to divine will. As such:
a. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the success or outcomes of any puja performed.
b. The efficacy or spiritual benefits of a puja may vary from person to person.
3. Non-Refund Policy.
All payments made by users towards puja services or puja-related materials on https://daivbharathi.com/ are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. By availing services through the website, you acknowledge and accept that the performance of a puja is a spiritual activity rooted in faith and tradition, and its perceived effectiveness or outcome may vary from person to person. As such, no refund requests shall be entertained on the grounds that the puja did not yield the desired results, as such results are subjective and dependent on personal belief, devotion, and divine will.
Further, once a puja has been scheduled with a temple and assigned to a priest, or once the preparation and dispatch of puja materials have commenced, no requests for cancellation or modification shall be accepted. Any expenses incurred, including procurement of materials, offerings, and temple coordination, are committed in advance and are non-recoverable. Accordingly, all purchases made through the website shall be deemed final, and users are advised to review their orders carefully before confirming the transaction.
4. User Responsibility.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking a puja or ordering puja materials is complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, personal details such as name, date of birth, gotra, nakshatra, the specific purpose of the puja, and any other information that may be required for the proper and meaningful performance of the ritual.
The correctness of these details is essential, as they directly influence the religious proceedings, and errors or omissions may impact the sanctity or intended spiritual outcome of the puja.
Additionally, users are expected to review and verify the availability, suitability, and compatibility of the puja services offered through the website with their individual religious beliefs, customs, and personal preferences before placing a request. CuberaTech India Private Limited does not provide religious or spiritual advice, and does not assume responsibility for any mismatch between the services provided and the user’s specific expectations, beliefs, or traditions. The user is deemed to have made an informed decision when booking a puja or ordering related materials, and CuberaTech India Private Limited shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction arising from the user’s failure to verify service details or provide accurate information.
5. Limitation of Liability.
CuberaTech India Private Limited provides a digital platform for users to access religious services and puja-related materials. While we strive to facilitate an authentic and respectful experience through partnerships with trusted temples and priests, the nature and outcome of religious rituals are inherently spiritual and belief-based, and as such, we do not — and cannot — guarantee any specific result or spiritual benefit from the performance of a puja. You expressly acknowledge that the perceived success, effectiveness, or impact of any ritual or service facilitated through the website is subjective and dependent on personal faith, religious beliefs, and divine factors that are beyond human control or assurance.
Accordingly, CuberaTech India Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or service providers shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any perceived or actual failure of a puja to bring about a desired effect, outcome, or change in the user’s personal, professional, or spiritual life.

While CuberaTech India Private Limited exercises reasonable diligence in curating and onboarding these temples and service providers to maintain authenticity and user trust, it is important to note that the actual conduct of rituals, including their timing, sequence, method, and associated religious customs, is exclusively governed by the internal rules and discretion of the respective temples and their appointed priests.
Users acknowledge and accept that temple practices may vary depending on local customs, spiritual traditions, astrological considerations, priest availability, and regional festivals, all of which may affect the scheduling and manner of the puja. CuberaTech India Private Limited does not interfere with or exert any operational control over how the rituals are performed, nor can it guarantee adherence to specific user expectations beyond the basic puja description provided on the website.
As such, CuberaTech India Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any delays, modifications, rescheduling, or deviations in the performance of a puja arising from religious protocol, temple-specific norms, unforeseen temple closures, or any other temple-led administrative decisions. 9. Feedback and Complaints.
We deeply value the feedback provided by our users and strive to maintain a platform that is respectful, inclusive, and conducive to the well-being of all users. We are committed to resolving genuine service-related issues in a timely and efficient manner, and we encourage users to report any such issues through the appropriate channels. However, it is important to note that we will not entertain disputes or claims that are based solely on subjective dissatisfaction with the outcomes of religious rituals or pujas. As such, we ask that users approach the service with an understanding of its spiritual and belief-based nature, and refrain from submitting complaints or demands based on personal interpretations of ritual outcomes.
10. Disclaimer on Results and Limitation of Claims.
By using the services offered through this website, you acknowledge and agree that pujas and associated rituals are inherently spiritual and religious in nature. The results or perceived benefits derived from such practices are deeply personal and are influenced by individual beliefs, intentions, karmic factors, and, in many cases, the divine will. As a result, you understand that the effectiveness or outcome of any puja cannot be guaranteed by website, its representatives, the priests performing the rituals, or any affiliated temples. These services are provided with sincerity and in full adherence to established religious practices, but it is important to recognize that the outcomes of these rituals are inherently subjective. The experience and results may vary significantly from one person to another, based on various factors beyond the control of any human entity.
As such, you agree that no claims, legal actions, demands, or complaints will be entertained by CuberaTech India Private Limited or its affiliates concerning any perceived lack of results, benefits, or outcomes of the puja services availed through the website. This includes, but is not limited to, any dissatisfaction with the outcomes of the rituals or any expectations that may not have been met. You further acknowledge and accept that the results of these spiritual practices cannot be quantified, measured, or assured, and they are not subject to objective evaluation.
By engaging with this website and booking a puja service, you voluntarily waive any and all rights to bring forward claims, including, but not limited to, demands for refunds, compensation, or damages based on dissatisfaction with the perceived or actual outcomes of the puja. This is in recognition of the fact that the puja is a deeply personal and spiritual act, rooted in faith and devotion, and not a transaction that involves measurable or guaranteed deliverables. In doing so, you affirm that your decision to book a puja is driven by personal faith and spiritual intent, and not by expectations of tangible or immediately apparent results.
In conclusion, by proceeding with any booking through this platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand and accept the nature of the service, its subjective outcomes, and the limitations regarding guarantees or assurances of specific results. You are engaging with this service in the spirit of devotion, trust, and personal belief, and not as a contractual agreement involving transactional expectations.
